Traveling to St. Petersburg has become a little more expensive - a tourist tax has been introduced
Traveling to St. Petersburg has become a little more expensive. From April 1, 2024, a tourist tax was introduced in St. Petersburg, Russia. (This is called a “resort fee.”) This means that you will have to pay an additional 100 rubles per adult per night at the hotel. (100 Russian rubles were equal to approximately 1.1 US dollars at the time the news was published.)
