Stockholm City Hall

Stockholm City Hall (Stockholms stadshus) is one of Stockholm's main tourist attractions, the symbol of the Swedish capital. The building was constructed in 1911-1923. In the town hall are held meetings the city authorities, held important political negotiations. Every year on December 10 in the Gold and Blue halls of City Hall is held Nobel Prize banquet.
It is located in the city center, on the eastern tip of Kungsholmen island, next to Riddarfjärden's northern shore.
