National museum of Finland (Suomen kansallismuseo) is located in central Helsinki, in the Mannerheimintie Street. The museum building is one of Finland's Helsinki tourists’ attractions. The National Museum is located at a distance of approximately 700 meters from the Central railway station, opposite the Palace of Congresses “Finlandiatalo”. The museum building was created by architects G. Gezellius, E. Saarinen and A. Lindgren. The museum exposition tells about the history of Finland.
