Great Coastal Gate and Fat Margaret Tower is located in the north-eastern part of the Old Town of Tallinn. It was the closest to the harbor exit from the city. This tower has a much larger diameter than the other towers.
Great Coastal Gate was built simultaneously with the city wall. Fat Margaret's Tower was built later, in the early 16th century. Diameter of the tower is 25 meters, height of 20 meters. Currently, the tower hosts the Maritime Museum. The photo shows the Tower and Great Coastal Gate in Tallinn.
