Metro station “Zvyozdnaya” (Russian: Звёздная) is located in the southern part of Saint Petersburg, near the intersection of the “Moscovskoye shosse” street and “Dunayski prospect” street. The station is located on the Moscovsko-Petrogradskaya line (line 2, blue line) of Saint Petrsburg metro, between stations “Moscovskaya” and “Kupchino”. Near the metro station is bus stop, from which depart buses that run between St. Petersburg and “Pushkin” cities.
Metro station “Zvyozdnaya” was opened December 25, 1972. Underground station lobby is located at a depth of 22 meters. Station ground lobby is located at the intersection of “Zvyozdnaya” and “Lensoveta” streets. Station halls decoration was used space theme. In the ticket hall is a cosmonaut sculptural composition (Yuri Gagarin).
Near the Metro station “Zvyozdnaya” in Saint Petersburg is located:
