I have a late model Mitsubishi Canter 4wD truck. I would to drive from Vladivostok to Moscow. My vehicle requires ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD), with no more than 15ppm sulphur. Can anyone tell me whether this fuel is available along that route?

Buy fuel only at gas stations of major producers:
Gazpromneft (Газпромнефть).
Rosneft (Роснефть).
Lukoil (Лукойл).
You can in any case to ask at the gas station whether the fuel requirements of Euro-5.
