Kuntsevskaya metro station in Moscow

The metro station Kuntsevskaya in Moscow (станция метро Кунцевская) is located in the western part of the city, approximately 11 kilometers from the city center (Kremlin and Red Square). Distance to the MKAD (Moscow Ring Road) is about 4 kilometers. The stations are located on the surface of the earth, at the intersection of the Rublevskoye highway with Malaya Filyovskaya and Moldavskaya streets.

There are two metro stations Kuntsevskaya located on two lines of the Moscow Metro: Filyovskaya Line and Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line. It is planned to open a third Kuntsevskaya station on the Third interchange circuit of the Moscow underground (2015).

Kuntsevskaya station of Filevskaya metro line (line 4, blue line) is finite. Pioneerskaya station is the nearest to it on the Filevskaya line. The station was opened on 31 August 1965. The station has two lobbies with access to Rublevskoe highway.

Kuntsevskaya station of Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line (Line 3, blue line) is located between the stations Slavyansky Bulvar and Molodyozhnaya. The station was opened on 7 January 2008. The station has two vestibules with access from Rublevskoye Highway.
