“Cevahir” Shopping and Entertainment Center is the largest shopping center in Europe, and the sixth largest in the world (2005). Shopping Centre was opened in October 2005. The total leasable area of shopping mall is 110,000 m2. On six floors of the shopping center located more than 340 shops, 30 restaurants. The shopping mall hosts also the “Atlantis” entertainment center and Megaplex cinema. There is a big stage for shows and other events, 12 cinemas, bowling hall and some other entertainment options. On the glass roof area of 2500 square meters located the second largest clock in the world with the three meters high digits. There is a parking area of 71,000 m2 and a capacity of 2500 cars.
Shopping Centre is located in the business district on the European side of Istanbul between Sisli and Mecidiyeköy areas. Near is the metro station. It is open seven days a week from 10:00 to 22:00.
