Foreigners who visited the World Cup in Russia in 2018 and have a Fan-ID will be able to come to Russia many times before the end of 2018. A visa is not required. The law required for this will be adopted soon.

Fan-ID - is a document that is mandatory for all spectators of the 2018 World Cup.
