Metro Station Borovitskaya

Metro Station "Borovitskaya" located in the center of Moscow, at a distance of about 200 meters from the walls of the Kremlin and about 800 meters from Red Square. The Borovitskaya station is located on Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line (Line 9, gray line) of the Moscow underground, between the stations "Polyanka" and "Chekhovskaya". Moscow main attractions are located near the station.

Moscow metro map The station was opened on 23 January 1986. Depth of the station is 46.5 meters. The station has a vestibule sheared with station "Lenin Library" (red line), which is located at the intersection of Vozdvizhenka and Mokhovaya streets.

Metro Station Borovitskaya is part of the large transportation hub of the Moscow Metro.
In the southern part of the underground station hall is access to the city and transition to the station "Lenin Library" of Sokolnicheskaya line.
In the north end of the station hall there is transition to the "Arbatskaya" station of Arbat-Pokrovskaya line.

It is possible to go to the station "Aleksanrovsky Sad" of Filevskaya line through the stations "Lenin Library" or "Arbatskaya".
