Metro station “Prospect Veteranov” in St. Petersburg (станция метро Проспект Ветеранов) is located in the southern part of the city, on the Bulvar Novatorov Street, at a distance approximately 300 meters from the intersection of Prospect Veteranov Street and Dachniy Prospekt Street. The station is located at a distance about 11 kilometers from the city center (Palace Square). Distance from the ring road is about 1 kilometer.
The station is located on the Kirovsko-Vyborgskaya line of Petersburg metro (line 1, red line). Currently, this is the last station on the line. The nearest metro station is Leninsky Prospekt.
The station was opened for train’s traffic October 5, 1977. Underground station hall located at a depth of about 8 meters. The station does not have a ground lobby and escalators. Entry and exit of passengers are performing through the underpass baud under the Bulvar Novatorov street.
