Metro Station Obuhovo in St. Petersburg (станция метро Обухово) is located in the southern part of the city, close to the ring road, approximately 13 kilometers from the city center (Palace Square).
The “Obuhovo” station is located on Nevsko-Vasileostrovskaya Saint Petersburg metro line (Line 3, green line) between stations "Proletarskaya" and "Ribatskoye".
The station was opened July 10, 1981. Not far from the station is located Obukhovsky plant. City district, in which the station is located, is called Obuhovo. This explains the choice of the station name.
The station underground hall located at a depth about 50 meters below the ground surface. The station ground Vestibule is located in a separate building, at the intersection of the streets Gribakina and Zaporozhskaya.
