Metro Station "Devyatkino"

Metro Station "Devyatkino" in Saint Petersburg (станция метро Девяткино) is located on the Kirovsko-Vyborgskaya line of Petersburg metro (line 1, red line). It is the last station on the line (the northern station). The nearest metro station is “Grazhdansky Prospekt”.

The Devyatkino metro station is located behind ring road, approximately 15 kilometers to north-west of the city center (Palace Square). The station is located beyond the administrative border of the St. Petersburg, in the Murino village of Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad region. There is a railway station Devyatkino near the metro station.

The station was opened 29 December 1978. Initially, the station had the name "Komsomolskaya". July 1, 1992 the station got a new name - "Devyatkino". The station is located on the ground level.
