In 2014, city of Sochi (Russia) will host the Olympic Games. It is currently under active preparation for a competition. Olympic sport facilities will be located in two places (clusters). Physical locations are the Olympic Park of Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana.
Olympic Park
Sochi Olympic Park will be located on the Black Sea coast. Construction of facilities scheduled for completion in 2013.
In Sochi Olympic Park will be located:
Large ice arena for ice hockey competitions capacity 12,000 spectators.
Small ice arena for ice hockey competitions capacity 7000 spectators.
Skating Center for competitions in speed skating with a capacity of 8,000 spectators.
Ice Arena for the competitions in figure skating and short track with a capacity of 12,000 spectators.
Arena Curling capacity of 3000 spectators.
Olympic stadium with a capacity of 40,000 spectators.

Krasnaya Polyana.
Krasnaya Polyana village in the Adler district of the Krasnodar region, near the town of Sochi. Distance from Sochi to Krasnaya Polyana about 70 kilometers. Population - 3972 people (2009). Krasnaya Polyana - a famous ski center. It will be located next Olympic sport facilities:
Bobsleigh track (bobsleigh, skeleton, luge, 11000 spectators), the ski complex "Laura" (skiing, biathlon, 20000 spectators), the ski complex "Rose Farm" (Alpine skiing, biathlon, snowboarding, 18,000 seats), the complex Alpika-Service (freestyle, 13000 spectators), the estates for ski jumping, mountain Olympic Village, mining and tourist center of OAO Gazprom.
