Finland opens borders for travelers starting Monday 26 July (2021). Traveling to Finland has become possible again.
As of 26 July 2021, persons from all countries are granted entry to Finland, provided that they can present a certificate for having received a full vaccine series of a valid covid-19 vaccine prior to arrival (no less than 14 days from the last dose).

In addition, as of 26 July, cruise ship passengers arriving in Finland from other EU or Schengen countries may disembark the ship for a restricted time.
The rules can be changed if necessary.
