Where to spend a cheap vacation this year? In Turkey!

More than 50% of travelers seek to save money during their holidays. Do you also belong to this category? Then this article is for you too. Where can you spend your summer vacation relatively inexpensively this year? It is very likely that many will choose Turkey. (Vacation at home will cost, of course, cheaper, but I don’t want to give up traveling.)

Where will Europeans fly on vacation this summer and autumn? Forecasts are always unreliable. The need to save money will push you to choose a cheaper vacation spot. It is very likely that Turkey may become the preferred destination for budget travelers this year.

A noticeable rise in the price of goods and services forces us to save. Those who usually spend their holidays in countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal and France could probably switch to more affordable Turkey this year. Moreover, Turkey has a long coastline, many excellent beaches and resorts. (I have personally vacationed in Turkey several times and have always been satisfied.)

Marmaris Urban Beach

Travelers can forgo a more expensive vacation in Western Europe in favor of a beach holiday in one of Turkey's many resorts. Alanya, Antalya, Marmaris, Fethiye are great vacation spots in summer and early autumn. It is reported that planes with tourists from the UK are already arriving at Dalaman Airport.

The beach season starts earlier in the eastern part of the Mediterranean coast of Turkey (Alanya, Antalya) and lasts until early November.

Turkey will lose some tourists from Russia and Ukraine this year (also very likely in the next few years). It can be assumed that Turkey will make efforts to attract more tourists from the UK, Germany and the countries of northern Europe.
