The photo shows wooden buildings: the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord (the most famous sight of the island), the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the bell tower.

The most convenient way to get to Kizhi Island is by boat from the city of Petrozavodsk (in summer).
