Music Festival “Usadba Jazz” (Manor Jazz, Усадьба Jazz) is a popular outdoor festival, which is held annually in the summer, in the museum-manor “Arkhangelskoye” near Moscow. At the festival, you can listen to good music performed by famous artists and aspiring musicians and just have a good time. At the festival performs not only jazz, but also other styles of music (funk, world music, acid-jazz, lounge, jazz-rock, blues and other musical styles). At the festival performs musicions from Russia and other countries.
Music Festival "Manor Jazz" is held since 2004. Festival organizer is event-agency "ArtMania." The idea of the festival is by Maria Semushkina (CEO of the agency "ArtMania"). Since 2011, the festival is held also in St. Petersburg, on the Elagin Islands (in the central part of the city).
The festival is held at the museum-estate "Arkhangelskoye". State museum-estate "Arkhangelskoye" is located in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region, 20 kilometers west of Moscow center, at a distance of about 5 kilometers from Moscow Ring Road. Initially available to musicians was three scenes. By 2014, the number of sites for musical performances increased to six.
- “Parterre”. Biggest festival stage, located between the Moscow River and the front yard of the estate. Here performs the top artists of jazz music.
- “Aristocrat”. The scene is located inside the main courtyard. Traditional jazz performed by famous musicians and jazz new generation.
- “Caprice”. Yusupov colonnade. Country, Klezmer, chanson, swing, rock and roll.
- “Bereg”. The scene is located on the banks of the Moscow River. DJ-sets, electronic music.
- “Jazz club”. Performances by young musicians and jam-session with jazz stars.
- “Parterre Plus”. Designer’s goods fair. Art Garage Sale, workshops for adults and children, an exhibition of art objects and more.
The event has several charitable foundations, which collects funds to support gifted children from regions of Russia and from poor families.
