Hotel “National” is the most famous hotel in Moscow. It will be sold before the end of 2011. Moscow city government intends to sell 100 percent shares of the hotel. The auction to sell the hotel will be held in December 2011.
Initial price of the hotel is 4.5 billion rubles (approximately $150 million). According to experts the hotel price is too high. The media reported that the real cost of the hotel is approximately $ 80 million. But keep in mind the fact that the name of the hotel is very well known and prestigious. Reportedly one of the contenders can be an investment fund London & Regional Partners.
